About Me

Human Resources wasn’t part of my original plan—it just kept showing up. First, when I stepped in to stop two classmates from throwing punches over a school fundraiser. Then again when I helped get essential software funded so no student was left behind. And again, when I was managing a restaurant, interviewing a guy whose head twitched every time he said the word “honest.”

Turns out, I’ve always been the go-to person when things get complicated. Fast forward 20+ years, and I’ve built a career helping organizations solve problems, support their people, and meet their goals without losing their humanity. 

I’m an HR professional with a strong focus on employee relations, benefits and pension management, along with organizational compliance, and expertise in creating workplaces where people 

and business thrive. I specialize in supporting leaders, empowering teams, and ensuring that organizations meet compliance requirements while fostering a people-centered culture.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, supporting nonprofit, government, and private sector organizations. Whether it’s de-escalating employee conflicts, coaching managers through sensitive issues, managing benefits and pensions, or leading full-cycle mass recruitment nationally, I bring practical solutions and integrity-driven leadership to every situation.
